My Food

This one is pretty tough for me. I’m not really used to eating the healthiest foods because all through high school I could eat whatever I wanted and keep the weight off because of sports and the fact that I only ate once or twice a day. But now I just try to keep in under 1400 calories per day. I do try to eat veggies and fruits when I can get them, but the on campus food places hardly ever offer that, and I don’t have a kitchen I cook in :/ I am a vegetarian though, so I’m sure not eating meat does help me stay thin.
